These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wabestsolution's services, including website development, Laravel systems, and maintenance & support.
Services are as agreed in the proposal or statement of work. Scope changes may require additional agreement and quotation.
Payment terms are as per the agreed proposal (e.g. milestone-based for Laravel; package-based for WordPress). Late payment may result in suspension of work or support.
Upon full payment, client receives the agreed deliverables and rights as specified in the contract. Pre-existing IP and third-party assets remain with their owners.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate as per the contract. On termination, client pays for work completed and deliverables received.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
